Always a great experience! The only thing I would say is stay consistent on the amount in the açaí bowls. Sometimes mine are full and other times half way filled

You guys always read all of my notes on my bowl and i have never had you guys make a mistake. My bowl always comes out right and is delicious. Thank you guys!!

They were too busy to great anyone, and I was behind schedule and my bowl was still not ready.

Your staff is very friendly. I do, try to allow about 5+ minutes until I get ot the store, so I don't need to wait for my yummy bowl.

My bowl was ready a minute or so after the time it said it would be ready. Pretty good! I was on my lunch break so I appreciated that.

Love the bowls! My only concern is the amount in the bowl varies, with the bowl sometimes having quite a bit less included. Staff is always terrific and the quality of ingredients is top notch!

Neckter is my fav! I don’t eat fast food, so my lunch “go to” is you! I go to Hazel Dell the most ( it’s closer to me), and east side when I head to Trader Joe’s. I go 3-4 times a month ( at least). 90% if the time it is great , especially this last visit , but I have noticed in the last month or so, when I get my usual strawberry açaí banana bowl, they aren’t very full. A couple times, just a hair over half. For how much they cost, I feel like the fruit should be pretty close to the lid, or touching it. Even with those few times, I LOVE Nekter and I will keep going for sure! I would love a bit more variety in the menu maybe? Checkout Berry Divine in Arizona. That where I first discovered açaí bowls. Thanks to everyone’s hard work there!!!

Delicious acai bowl in Vancouver off Mill Plain. The service is fast and there are many seats to enjoy the offerings.

I ordered the immunity bowl and for some reason they didn't layer the granola in it like it usually has. There were a few granola sprinkles on top and that was it. I didn't notice until I got home and took it out of the bag or I would have said something while I was there.

I'm not sure if it's an employee issue or if it's a process issue, but it was not a good experience. I walked in to pick up an online order and walked straight to the pick-up counter. One employee was at the register with another customer, and no one weeks was visible at the time. There were no bowls or pick up orders on the counter. I decided to take a seat and wait for someone to call out for a pick-up, or to receive a text that my bowl was ready. I waited a minimum of 10 minutes without a single employee asking me if I had ordered or if I was waiting for an order. After 4 people walked in and received their order they placed at the front counter, I finally spoke up and asked if they had an online order waiting for me. They finally handed me my order without saying much other than, "Did you have another order?" No apology about the wait, nothing. Needless to say, I'm quite disappointed. If a competitor to you popped up I would try them immediately. The product itself is easy enough to make

Love the bowls. My only wish is the bowl was more full like what is shown in advertising. Sometimes they’re close to full and other times it has much less. Great product, just wish it had more! Thanks
