The staf seems busy at work but always acknowledge me when I walk up to the counter. They quickly take my order with no problems. I enjoy the menu very much. I had a smoothie bowl and it was very filling.

Rocks. Great flavors. Great people. Great rewards. Dragon fruit bowl add mango. Trust me.

I called to request a to-go order and was told that company policy is "No to-go orders over the phone" Soooo, I went on line to place my order. I found it very difficult to navigate the the ordering system. I asked for a plastic spoon but did not get one. I did not get a napkin either! On the other hand, we called YUMM Bowl and they were more that happy to take our order over the phone. Our to-go order came with a plastic fork and napkins. As a retired restaurateur, I can emphatically say that you need to improve your customer service!

Everything except the bowl was great. Don’t think the quantity of my bowl was enough. Açaí was less than half, usually it’s filled up more than half almost to top.

I don't know what day this survey is for. Maybe because I bought the cyber monday gift card. I know it's gonna be screwed up somehow and will likely email you to fix it. You always fix it, so I can't complain. I bought the GC thru the app which wouldn't take my email, so I put in another and it said that user isn't registered. Then the GC went into the app. Not sure which parallel universe the bonus card and coupon bowls will end up. I'm okay with it because I love the bowls and it will work out in the end.

I can't get enough of the smoothie bowls. I never liked them before nekter. The fresh fruit is so amazing, and the flavor is incredible. I go far out of my way to get nekter bowls.

Fantastic. Employees are great. Smoothies are great. When there’s a long wait time you always give coupons. Orange crush with mango and pineapple is a bangin smoothie. You guys fr rock. Prices might be a lil high but I guess that’s the going rate for this kind of stuff. All in all pretty great. Maybe bring in some different combinations. Pineapple strawberry with cashew milk AND apple juice. If things are watery change the amounts. I don’t know my only problem is that I want to try different flavors I’ve had everything. Different bowl flavors!! A pineapple strawberry mango bowl would be so good. Vanilla whey protein. No granola. Coconut shavings. Agave drizzle. Yeah. Get craftier with your bowls and flavors and I won’t stop coming.
