I have visited Nekter several times over the last few months and have had a good experience. Over the last 2 days I have not. Yesterday I ordered over the app and received a small drink when I ordered a medium. Today my acai bowl was half full. The store was out of protein bites both days. The employees look mad to be working and have no energy. I have owned a few businesses and would like to know when employees aren't taking care of my business. You have a great product, clean store and nice location.

Hello. I came in today to get a Banana Berry Bowl, and I used my debit card, and the older woman at the register ID’d me before letting me pay for it. I thought it was rude of her considering I was using my debit card and the bowl was only $10. Very unprofessional....

As the owner I want to apologize for the misunderstanding. I spoke with Lisa that took your card and she explained that your card says see ID on the signature line. Following the instructions from the card for fraud prevention is why she asked to see your ID. Many people put this on their card to limit any chance of fraudulent charges and want to show an ID with purchase. Again we are sorry, and I have instructed Lisa not to check your ID in the future. Hopefully your next visit will be more enjoyable!!!
Very good smoothies and smoothie bowls. While it is delicious and there are hardly any other places like it, so I can understand the price point, but the only reason I can't give the 5th star, is that the pricing is a bit to high for just getting blended fruit in a cup.

I love love love Nekter Juice Bar so much. I have been going to this place for 5+ years now and I am so glad they opened this one close to my home. The Toxin Flush is my go-to juice and it is amazing. You feel so much better after drinking it. I also think they're smoothies & acaí bowls are to die for! All of their ingredients are super fresh and I truly can't say enough good things about this place. They also some some pre-made juices that are great for on the go and to drink during the week. If you get 6 of them its around $40 which is extremely affordable. If you haven't been to Nekter - you have got to give this place a shot!
I love this place. Acai superfood is one my favorites from their menu.

Went to the flower mound location at 7:30 and they were closed even though they close at 8.

So sorry to hear we missed you!
Our hours changed on 9/1 to close at 7:00 pm. Unfortunately, there are a few listings that still show our summer hours on line. We do not control these listings but we did send them request for edits prior to 9/1. Our new hours are Monday-Saturday 7:00 am - 7:00 pm & 8:00 am-6:00 pm on Sundays. We will switch back to summer hours again in May 2020. Sorry for the confusion!

Worst experience ever ! I got charged for a substitution that in the Açaí Banana Berry Bowl. When I received the bowl it wasn’t even half way full. And to top it all off the bowl was watery. I asked them to remake which they did however, I didn’t get the extra topping I paid for. The second bowl was decent but still upset. Worst Nekter ever, I will not be returning.

Was looking for a healthy alternative to the dessert-like shakes that so many juice bars have become. This one is different! A refreshing take on great juice combinations- I ordered the Greenie, and watched it made fresh in a fast, clean kitchen with some friendly, quality humans that added a personal touch. I'm strongly considering doing their six-day cleanse, just to see what great things happen from making such a healthy choice as Nekter.

You know, everything was served correctly. The juice was great. The pricing IS SO HIGH! But man, what price do you put on incredible juice and healthy drinks? I paid it haha.

Thanks for the four star review but I would like for you to come try us again and maybe we can get the four stars up to five??? Honestly, our pricing is reasonable when you take into account the ingredients we use in our products. No added sugars, no high fructose syrup, only fresh fruits, vegetables, and Fresh Cashew Milk which is made in house. Check the Cross Timbers Gazette (Section two) for a coupon!!

Really liked this place . It was very clean and the staff was extremely attentive as soon as I walked in. I would advise calling in an order because this location is extremely busy . They serve turmeric smoothies here and the turmeric smoothies are fabulous for reducing inflammation in the body and they are hard to find unless you make it yourself at home. Nectar also has some other uniquely flavored smoothie options. Please note that all of drinks are rather pricey. I had a banana protein smoothie it was a large and it cost close to 12.00 for one. But it was so delicious that it was worth it.
