Everything from the environment , service , is amazing.
As an employee on my first day was good besides some complaints I have , which is that shift leads are suppose to be like a Friend/fam , meaning a place you work at your suppose to feel welcomed and I didnt feel welcomed with the team lead , she is a very bossy lead and makes me feel like it’s not a place I want to work at . A job is suppose to make you feel like your apart of the team , like family , you make friends along the way and learn new things each day . But I don’t want to be feeling forced or bossed around by someone who makes me feel like I want to leave . I like to feel lifted up and motivated .

Nekter is LEGIT. the ambiance is very inviting and relaxing and I thought prices were moderate. got an acai bowl and it was amazing. will definitely be coming regularly.

Great customer service! We were treated very well. I loved my muffin and my daughter and her friend loved the ice cream. We will definitely be back! Great healthy snack that taste SO good!
Amazing customer service!! Just wonderful! I talked to the gentleman during check out and he was very nice! I love this place! I had been driving all the way to south lake for my juice.. Ugh! Then my daughter told me they have a new location right next to our home! Ahhh!! I was so excited! And they are nice too!! Can’t get any better than that! Thanks guys!

Was craving a healthy treat & decided to stop by nekter to see if they had anything worth trying. So glad I stopped by! The staff was incredibly nice and personal, they were patient with me when I took forever to decide what to get (it all looked so good) & Jay, the manager, even offered to take a picture of me w my acai bowl infront of their aesthetic nekter sign. Not to mention their protein power bowl was delicious as well as very healthy. Definitely will be visiting again!

Ordered 2 acai banana berry bowls and were told it would be 5-10 minutes, but instead waited 30 minutes. The employees are nice and appear to be working hard, but the place is understaffed. I've been really excited to come here, since I found out about the new location in Flower Mound. Honestly, it was a massive let down. The bowls were sub-par and overpriced. The acai mixture tasted watery to me. Seven Mile Cafe in Flower Mound has a way better acai bowl(that's probably cheaper.) Sorry, but I probably won't be returning.

Excellent service. Employees were very knowledgeable. I ordered the health nut smoothie and was very happy with my selection. Tasted great and was the perfect consistency. Glad to have a place like this in our community. Definitely will be back!
