everyone is so nice. the juice and bowls are delicious. thank you for not using harmful ingredients.

Was good all round, just the prices have gotten out of control. Almost $15 for an Açaí bowl is crazy.

The staff is always friendly, and the food/smoothies/bowls are always delicious. No reason to not recommend.

I ordered a smoothing and a bowl of which both looked and tasted wonderful. The gentleman and young lady working that day were kind, friendly and efficient. Overall such a welcoming place. Thank you, I will be a returning customer.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent order. The amount of açaí in the bowl was noticeably less than half of the bowl. While the amount of fruit on the top was good, the portion of açaí—the main component of the bowl—was very small. It appeared that a very large portion of granola was added to compensate for the limited amount of açaí. I placed my order online and considered mentioning the issue at the time of pickup. However, both employees were assisting another customer, and I did not want to raise the concern in front of them. Given that the bowl costs nearly $15, it was disappointing to receive a portion where the primary ingredient represented less than half of the bowl. I hope this feedback helps ensure better portion consistency in the future.

I am a frequent customer at Nekter in Flower Mound and enjoy visiting your location regularly. However, during my last three visits when I purchased an açaí bowl, I noticed that the portion of the açaí base was smaller than expected. The base (peanut base) filled just under half of the bowl. Given the $14 price point, I believe customers reasonably expect a fair and consistent amount of all ingredients and components. I want to note that the fruit portions have been appropriate each time. I am sharing this feedback so that it can be addressed and ensure consistency in the quality of the bowls served. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

My Chocolate Bowl was delicious.

I ordered online and edited my protein bowl. I asked for no agave, no bananas, no granola, extra protein and extra strawberries . They left out everything else- no chia seeds, no coco nibs, no peanut butter drizzle, etc. it was just a protein bowl with strawberries blueberries and protein. Which wasn’t what I ordered, I paid 15 dollars and missed most of the good stuff . Was disappointed in that.

The acai bowl was very watery

It’s been good, food is delicious. Only complaint would be the service, the employees didn’t seem the friendliest when we ordered and picked up food. Almost like they threw our bowls down and didn’t call our names.
