I absolutely love Nektar but the worst thing about the overall brand is the app and points system. They seem greedy with specials. The bowls are so expensive and they don’t do enough specials on them. I just wish they had more reasonable deals every now and then. The $6 smoothies here and there are great but there needs to be discount on bowls sometimes.

The app sd will be ready by 3:15 but I waited 20mins until 3:35 before done - Yet my bowl didn't have what I asked for: Pb, blueberry, OR agave.

I enjoy the healthy juices and bowls, it would of been nice to be greeted upon entering seeing as there were 2 girls at the front register and just one other customer.

Service great!! Bowls are great, so yummy!! They’ve gotten too pricey to enjoy as much as I’d like though.

I love Nektar. You açaí bowls are so good that I always come back. I did an online order, and when I came to pick it up, there was a young girl at the register. I think she was clocking out. She didn’t acknowledge me at all. Didn’t look at me, didn’t say that someone would be right with me, just completely ignored me. It was super rude. Besides that, good experience.

The bowls had different add one but was not marked

Bowls were not prepared as specified in online order. Was supposed to add blueberries to one bowl and pineapple and mango in other bowl. Neither one had it.

Love nektar! Great bowls. Easy online ordering. Great customer service.
