Nekter is my fav place to get a bowl. Lots of options & easy to customize an order.

I have experienced multiple places to get my favorite. I have to brag on flower mound location because 1) best attitude- the workers are welcoming, kind and patience. 2) they give the right amount and serve clean without a drip or stickiness. 3) the acai is ALWAYS filled with fruit without seeing less or any space in between. The other location are NOT welcoming, rude, they serve you less portion, less fruit on acai (3 pieces banana, 4 pieces blueberries, 2 slice strawberries) - unacceptable! I was in shock that I had a bad experience in southlake. Flower mound is the BEST place to get the RIGHT service.

I really enjoy your product and the people working there are friendly. This is the second time I purchased a to go order. Both times my bowl wasn't filled up. This time I ordered three bowls. One was great, but another was two thirds fulled and mine was barely two thirds filled. I asked for more coconut buy I think received more granola. The kids need a manager because kids do not care about these details. I tip in advance each time. The product is not cheap. I won't be back.

A little busy today. The order was accurate. The estimate time was off by 15 minutes. The bowl tasted bland like something was missing.

My order was ready when I arrived. I love using the app - especially because it’s so easy to customize my order. The employees are always so friendly and kind. And my bowl today was amazing!!!

The açaí banana berry the last few times have not been good, the base tastes watery and bland compared to before

I like the fruit bowls... would like to see a few no added sugar/less sugar options in this category on the menu

I love the bowls, but this is the 3rd time I’ve placed an online order and missing my almond butter and other additional toppings I pay for.

Today my protein bowl was VERY soupy and they forgot to put some of the toppings on.
