The Flower Mound location is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly. They make a point to know me. The order was completed without issues and the berry bowl was filled completely to the top.

the acai bowl was watery and diluted, it did not taste of anything. I have been a nekter customer for years. I hope they improve the quality again so I can come back

I always enjoy getting smoothies and smoothie bowls from Nekter. However, today I ordered a ginger shot and realized I did not received it until I was already back home. Could I please get reimbursed for this? Thanks!

My order was half full . $12 for a peanut butter bowl that’s only filed 1/4 of the way , and when you bring it to the staffs attention the guy behind the counter roll his eyes and snatches the bowl out of your hand all because it was an inconvenience to have to give you the quality of bowl that you pay for. When you’re spending that much money on something you expect it to be right . When you go Some where to get food you pay for the meal and you get the whole meal, you don’t pay for a full meal just to only get half. I get nekter so often that most of the staff at the Flower Mound Tx location know me . The guy working at the Flower Mound Tx location on June 21st 2023 @ 8:00 am is such a jerk .

Employees were very friendly. The choices of bowls & smoothies were different than typical flavors found at other restaurants. The taste was fresh, complex, & delicious. My spouse & I loved your creations so much that we ate your food three nights in a row! My only suggestion is that you may want to stay open an hour later during the summer.
