Nekter Juice Bar - Flower Mound

This Nekter is the BEST! Amazing customer service and their bowls are always full and delicious- just the BEST! I don't get great bowls or service at all Nekter locations so I keep coming back to the Flower Mound location because they are just the BEST!

Order was made right away and ready when I arrived, which was about 10 minutes earlier than the time I was scheduled to pick it up. The employee was ultra professional and polite. Great service, but it always is!

The staff is friendly and efficient. I never have to worry about them getting my order wrong which is a great relief on busy mornings! Plus the acai bowls and smoothies are delicious and the ingredients are good quality. Thank you for running a great business that I can rely on.

This is my favorite healthy lunch spot with consistent service and quality. Bring back the Birthday Cake smoothie and bring it back in larger sizes--that was my absolute favorite!

Overall a good experience. My only issue is the actual flavor of the product. Sometimes it is hit or miss on immunity bowl and green apple detox juice.

Slow and unwelcoming service! I placed an online order (and even tipped them) and had to wait an additional 15 minutes past the stated pick up time. No one apologized about the wait nor did they greet me when I came in. One of the clerks was listening to her earbuds and didn’t even acknowledge me nor even smile at me. It’s strange to me that someone so unfriendly and rude would work in the service industry. I certainly won’t be returning to this location again!

First time here and I will be returning. I was able to describe what my nutritional needs were for my bowl and they made the perfect combination. I also had a smoothie. Both were fresh and amazing!

i found a long hair in my acai bowl and they took over 30 minutes to make it ... DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I’ve been coming to this location for a month now as I’m visiting my parents and the staff here are always clueless. They know nothing about anything on the menu. If you ask what something is, just google it bc I promise they have no idea. If you’re in a rush, don’t come bc it takes at least 15 min to get a bowl or smoothie, sometimes longer. I stopped ordering smoothies bc they’re always liquid so now I’ve just opted for a bowl w no fruit on top. Overall, I’ve now decided to buy a blender for when I visit so I don’t have to spend money here anymore
