Waited over 25 minutes for order to be completed and to find out the girl made it and put it away in the fridge. She didn't bother calling out the order. Other customers in the store would be helpful to know as the store usually calls out completed orders if customers standing around in the store. Never had this issue at this location before

My acai bowl was delicious as usual but the service was lacking. I ordered ahead on the app and when I walked in, there were three employees working. Not one acknowledged me. I stood at the counter for at least two minutes without any acknowledgement again until finally one of them came over. They were definitely younger employees who might not have a lot of customer service experience but a quick “hello” and “be right with you” would go a long way. :)

I accidentally ordered at a wrong location with my points and the manager didn’t accommodate anything. Really sad since I order at least once a week. From the eastvale or Redlands location.

I’m always satisfy with service. However! I haven’t been ordering much and today when I walked in, the store seemed old like not cared for. I mean it’s Eastvale and I believe Eastvale is a bit upscale so the store should be maintained.. like new paint every other year or maybe upgrade furniture .. something … it was sad to see it

“Disappointed” My order was a mobile order which included a Banana strawberry protein smoothie. I selected vanilla PEA protein due to allergies. What I received had PEANUT Butter. My other complaint was delay from schedule pickup time.
I would also like to mention that in previous mobile orders immunity shots have been missed.Total of three times. $$ it all adds up! Please make employees aware of this common problem.
