There was a bunch of lumpy slimy gunk on the bottom of my drink, way too much. I didn’t enjoy it at all, it was very off putting.

I wish would’ve gotten the young ladies name, but she was pleasant and exemplified exceptional customer service to each individual walking in. She was alone for a bit, while I assume her colleague was on break, but despite being busy she maintained a professional, kind, and happy demeanor. She greeted each customer walking in and she worked as quickly as she could with the multiple orders she had waiting. This type of service deserves recognition and although I don’t remember her name I truly grateful for the pleasant experience.

My experience this time at Nékter was not my favorite. The strawberries on the top were not tasty/fresh and seemed like they were frozen and there wasn’t as much granola as I normally see on my açaí bowl.
