When I ordered my order online it said it would be ready at 2:18 so I got to the store at 2:28 and they hadn’t even started on my order

The team at Las Colinas on MacArthur are fantastic! They always greet customers when they come in, and ensure that your order is ready. I’ve never had a bad experience there.

Trash establishment. Owner likes to leave messes for other employees to clean up, then threaten a 19 year old with text messages. Do better

Overall I have had a very nice experience. On one occasion I needed assistance with a online free smoothie coupon. It wasn’t coming up when I tried to scan it. You could see the coupon on my phone but the only one that keep trying to being redeemed was a “free shot” coupon. I asked to speak to a manager because I wanted a way to extend my coupon that was to expire that day to extend it by one day. The sales associate initially told me there was nothing that can be done. When I asked to speak to a manager, the manager said I needed to deal with someone online. I think reminding associates that even though they may not think there is nothing that can be done, you should always seek a manager to make sure that is the case.

Owners should make sure their kitchen is clean before they close instead of putting it off for the morning crew to clean up 😁
