I am a regular that comes in weekly and I order the same drinks. The quality of the drinks has gone down since the new hires over the summer break. They taste nothing like what they normally do. (buzz, green apply detox, peanut butter shake ect)

I wasn’t able to use the $5 Superfood Smoothie reward and there wasn’t any suggestions on what was to be considered as a Superfood smoothie. Other than that the juice and elderberry smoothie was good. Thank you!!!

I order through the app to pick up my order. Please do not ADD AN AUTOMATIC TIP to my order. I am doing ALL of the work. This frustrates me so much that I’m to the point of not wanting to do business with Nekter any longer. If I choose to leave a tip it will be at my discretion. It should NOT be yours! How do you know the level of service I am going to receive? What if my order is messed up? A tip is based on the QUALITIY of the service you receive…it should not be added to an order as a fee!

At this particular location, twice I have received service that was not so great. The same two associates were there both times and neither one of them looked happy to be there. And one wasn’t very clean handling the food. Luckily I received my items from the clean associate. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone else. The Frisco location has been the best one so far!

The smoothies are decent, but the Manager and staff are rude. I wouldn’t eat here ever. Not worth dealing with rude people.

I placed my order in person... then suddenly the place gets crowded... I realize 20 minutes have passed and wonder why they are taking so long because they have 5 people working there. I go check on my order and they cannot find it. I ask a refund... they don't refund the full amount.
In the end I lost $2 and most importantly 30 minutes of my time. People working there had no initiative, were not helpful at all, they were confused and running all over.
AVOID THIS PLACE.
I felt great! I watched an employee slice her finger while cutting the fruit to put into the juicer and another employee making a smoothie stopped what she was doing and assisted her in first-aid! It was great seeing that they knew exactly what to do during this accident. I hope the employee and her finger are recovering well!
