The product is slipping, have been with Nekter Las Colinas since it opened, and must say the product taste and image have slipped. Presentation used be be picture perfect when you opened the lid you had all the fruit laid out and could pick and choose what you wanted in a bite. Today the mixture was dark, the bit into a banana and you could till it was old, the top was a mush of baby blue chia pudding, coconut flakes, and not much fruit smashed down by the lid to squish the outside rim. I normally take pleasure in eating viewing my bowl and enjoying every bite, however not this time around, it was pure mushy with soggy oats, and this was made while I was waiting( note I pre-ordered and had to wait past my time) I will be back with the hope that it was a one-off day.

When I arrived to pick up my online order nobody was at the front. The employee came from the back and asked how she could help me, without making eye contact. I told the employee my name received my order without any trouble. When I was given my order there was still no eye contact. I felt like I was bothering this employee. This isn’t the first time I’ve had the same experience.

Really hard to get a credit when an order is placed online and the store closes early. I placed an order at 5:00 PM. Store is supposed to close at 7:00 PM. Arrived about 5:15 and the store was closed. Took over two weeks to get the credit.

It is very good!!! Enjoy the product!!!! I got the wrong size 1 time and had to go back and have it replaced. It would have been nice to receive a free one for the inconvenience. As I am a frequent consumer of the juices!! The manager declined to offer any compensation. Other , than that it has been GREAT!!!!🙂
