Order was ready when I came in to pick it up

There wasn't a straw in the bag with my smoothie. So I had to go back inside the store to get a straw.

Customer service horrible from the top down. Workers don’t know their product and they argue with you when they are wrong. Tell the owner if you want, good luck with that. I won’t be returning to this location, nor would I recommend.

Ordering and pickup were quick. The staff was friendly.

Need to be quicker … app quoted 20 minutes …. Was ready 5 minutes earlier than expected, but still had to wait.

My smoothie was warm. I through it away. Not good at all
