I purchase natural drinks from wholefoods and Nektar. I also make juice at home. Unfortunately I have noticed they don't always follow the instructions such as adding extra ginger or adjusting the ingredients per the request.addtionally I have experienced issues with the cups not being filled 😕. After expressing my disappointment the young lady in her own words said ol well. Although the manager attempted to interven it was too late I needed to get back to work which was my reason for pre-ordering. I do not plan to return the customer service lacks consistently at this location
I was able to order my juice while I was eating next door. The staff was very nice and I got exactly what I ordered. I’ll definitely return.

My online order was not ready when I got there and I placed it the day before. The young ladies were great and quick at getting my order ready and said it sometimes is a system issue. Maybe work on this for future mobile orders.
