Prices are pretty steep, but everything I've tried on their menu has been delicious and healthy.

03/22/2020 2:25pm User: Matthew Ticket: 551473184 Nektar Juice Bar - The Plant. I went in to redeem my reward for Buy Two Bowls, get One Free. We got there, and the cashier 1. Did not ring us up for the reward 2. When we made him aware, he stated "its buy 2 bowls get the 3rd free". Well, that is NOT what the reward stated and we STILL bought two bowls and were not given a 3rd bowl, or even offered the 3rd bowl. What is the point of having a reward account!? When we asked them to fix it, they told us they could not. We lost out on the reward, and if the reward read as "Buy TWO bowls, get ONE free" it should have been worded CORRECTLY as "Buy TWO bowls get your THIRD bowl free". We left very disappointed, in a time where businesses need to keep their business open... we do not want to come back to this location. Your cashiers should be aware of the Rewards out there,
ASK if the customer has a reward to claim, BEFORE they start ringing up orders, and should have taken full responsibility to make it right. We paid $21.99 and would really like our money back. Furthermore, the payment pad was not cleaned when its so important to make sure things are clean.

I have only been there a few times but the Superfood Bowl is a must.. It's very healthy but, tastes so good.

This is the best Nekter location I’ve been to. Friendly, fast service and they don’t skimp on quality. Usually get a pitaya bowl and this is the one location that had made it perfect every time. Others will make it too liquidy or go too light on the toppings.
A little on the expensive side, but great customer service. They will make your juice or smoothie however you would like. Excellent fresh fruits and veggies. They also offer their own detox plans. I highly recommend this juice bar. There are multiple locations all over the valley. Enjoy!
Very unprofessional staff on this particular day, I called in my order today and a young lady had an attitude, then once I arrive they tell me that my order was not ready. I frequent at this location all the time and never had an issue until today. They even checked the phone to see if i had called and said they did not see my number, until I go and get my phone and then all of a sudden my order appears. Everyone on this shift need some coaching and training.
