I saw 2 maintenance men working on some equipment which would explain the longer wait times. It’s not the staff’s fault. Nekter has yummy stuff so sometimes the wait is worth it.

I ordered and arrived after my scheduled pick up time. Order was not ready. They did not have large cups so I received two small which is the same oz. I was disappointed that only half of my cups were filled and the other half was foam. Very disappointed for my first experience and the cost paid. I should have known better when I walked away and the cups felt really light.
my online order was prepared and ready when i picked it up. everything was labeled for me - which was extremely helpful. Product was delicious! Thank you!

Hi guys - I am nearly a daily customer. The staff who takes and processes my orders are awesome. And, when I order online - my order is generally ready as I walk in the door. 2 things I am unhappy about: Either you do not take gift cards or the App is broken - I can't buy off my gift card either in -store or online. Secondly - you need a new point of sale. I have not been able to use my credit card in store at times. I can help you with that if you'd like - I am a independent contractor for Aurora Payments. Regardless, you guys need to get that fixed. - Peter Deeley
