Waited 45 mins for my order to be ready and was just told sorry there were orders ahead of me that’s why it took so long. Even though I saw 4 people come in after I had ordered and all LEFT with their orders in hand before I was given my order.

I enjoy the quality of the product produced at this location. Appreciate the decorations based on the time of year. But, I think the staff is missing the mark in terms of engaging with repeat customers. Little comments, like "we hope you enjoy your Super Foods bowl," or "How is our drink helping you after your workouts?" contribute to educating consumers about the brand and creating a better experience. Nothing negative, but being more proactive to support a product that can be a part of a wellness journey. After losing over 199 pounds and surviving sudden cardiac death, I appreciate brands that saved my life and continue to support it. #199GUY #NEVER2LATE

I placed a mobile order 2 days in row and said it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived at the 15 minutes and waited an additional 15 minutes to receive my drink. The employees greet you as if you’re inconveniencing them.

Took 40 minutes on the one drink order. When I arrived one customer was there, and I had a 30 minute lead (I arrived as estimated) had to wait ten more minutes. If I hadn’t paid through app I would have left.

I like getting my juice from here. Usually place the order on my mobile and and it is ready at the estimated time. Friendly staff and the store is neat and clean. Good rewards program.

I love the product. The plant location though cleans up early and then won’t make juices in the evening this has happened to me on many occasions when I arrive 15-20 minutes prior to closing.
