I had ordered my bowl via the app for pick-up at 11:00a. I wasn't there until approx 11:30a and my bowl still had not been made. It appeared that the store was short handed as there was only 1 employee when I arrived. Another employee had come in while I was there with supplies (i.e. bananas) from the Sprouts next door.

Food took long and the girl told me that my elderberry 2.0 turned out to be the elderberry. so i didn’t get the drink i really wanted.

I ordered an elderberry smoothie on the app and my daughter had ordered an elderberry shot on her app along with a smoothie. When I arrived the staff notified us they were out of elderberry powder therefore we needed to choose a different shot and smoothie. If I had known they were out of elderberry we would have waited until another day to order drinks, but since we had ordered on the app and already paid for them we did chose other drinks, the shot my daughter got instead was turmeric which she didn’t like. Kind of a bummer but not the staffs fault who was working there and were very polite.

My açaí bowl was blended with something that wasn’t what I ordered. It was SWEET…not my order. I have ordered the same thing many times so not sure what was done differently this time. In any case, my food was not what I wanted, but I will still return because the staff is friendly, they are kind and pleasant, and I enjoy my food 99% of the time.

i asked for no ice, but they gave me ice. i have come to this location many times & they usually dont fill the juice/smoothie to the top of cup. usually some extra room, which is sad considering the price.

Not the best experience. I wouldn’t go out of my way to write a review, but since I received the email asking, I thought I’d share. Besides not being told when my smoothie was ready, the girl that took it out of the fridge barely acknowledged me. I told her my name and she did no more than hand it to me. I didn’t drink it right away otherwise I would’ve asked them to fix it, but my drink tasted like watered down coffee. They definitely forgot the bananas and dates that sweeten and thicken the drink. It was definitely a waste of money. In the past year, the drinks have been so hit or miss. If the employees would just follow the recipe, there would be so much more success with consistency. All in all, I love Nekter when prepared correctly.
