No coconut yogurt pudding topping add on even though I paid for it on two bowls. I was given some teacher coupons for BOGO which is ok but still sucks to get there and be told it’s not available.

Unsure on why I received this email since my order was not ready as promised. They said they would call me when it was and it is now two hours later at 1900 hour and have not received a call about my order being ready. Was hoping to have it to start first thing Monday morning.
