I am reaching out because I love Nekter and have been a regular customer since my location opened. The past few visits I’ve had have been far from a good experience. Last time I ordered through my mobile app and when I came to pick up my order, a young man was extremely rude. He told me he hadn’t seen my order yet if I placed it in the last 5 minutes and proceeded to huff and puff as he made my order. I completely understand working in the food industry myself that sometimes we all have off days, however there was no other customers waiting and when my drink was done, he put it on the counter, didn’t say anything and walked to the back.

Online orders need to have the option for the ginger or turmeric shots. I have not ordered these online because it’s not available option. It’s very disappointing. Store has them though. Ugh! Don’t want to wait for doing in person.

Everything was good with the exception of labeling the order. We ordered one bowl with an added booster that was not noted. Not sure who ended up getting it but it would be great to label the containers on to go orders.
