Love this place

I am not sure if the Plant at Gilbert need more help but I put my online orders at 10am for a 10:22 pick up and when I got there at 1030, they didnt even start the orders yet. Also, my cudtom orders were wrong. On the other hand, your Ocotillo Falls location is always timely and good with the orders.

I placed and online order that was to be completed at 11:45am. It was 10 mins late. When I did receive it 1 of my 2 drinks was the incorrect size. A small instead of a medium. It then took another 10 mins to rectify the problem. In all, from order placement until completion it took 45 mins for two smoothies. While the employees were friendly they didn't provide any apology for the tardiness. When the order was wrong as well, especially after the lengthy wait, they should have done something more.

I placed an order online and went into the store at the time it was promised to be ready, and they had not even started it. There were no other customers in the store. After they finally made my drink, they just placed it on the counter, no apologies.

Great service, drinks are always made right.

I received a smoothie, not a juice with no ice as I had ordered. I also had an in app coupon for a free shot that I could not redeem in the store nor would they redeem it at the store without a separate transaction because “we can’t modify closed orders”.
