I ordered my açaí bowl at 8:06am and was supposed to pick it up at 8:21am. When I got there at 8:24am it still hadn’t been made. The worker said they barely got the order. I don’t know if she was lying or if that was true. She still made my order pretty quick but it still puts me behind. And the açaí wasn’t to the best of quality. :/

Called at 6:30pm to place an order because the mobile app wasn’t offering the immunity bowl that I usually get. The young lady said they don’t take call in orders and that I had to use the app. When I explained the app didn’t have what I wanted she said it’s probably because the app stops taking orders after 6:30pm, which made zero sense. She suggested I just come in and place my order in person, which I didn’t have time for so I just went to Protein House instead since they do take call in orders. Not sure why they can’t call in orders like every other place especially when they know their app isn’t working correctly.
