The bowls were expensive-but good. I waited about 20mins for my order. Which seemed a little long for placing the order on line.

I came in to get my order. There were no other customers there. The associate got the juice and my shot for me. The shot was discolored (slightly orange-I think she ran it through the juicer right after my juice without cleaning the receptacle the juice goes into out of the juicer. I got a second shot as I had a credit from a prior visit, and verified this was true as she ran it right through the juicer using the strainer and the measuring cup from before without rinsing it out in between. I asked about the discoloration and she waived it off "it looks fine to me." She then walked away to help a customer who walked it. I waited because I also ordered a bowl, which I haven't received yet. She eventually turned around and asked what I needed. I mentioned that I hadn't received my whole order. She asked me what I was missing and only then did she look at the order detail and confirm I was right. The item had been made and put in the cooler, but she somehow didn't check the order.

I am not greeted when going into the store. Its not a very friendly atmosphere. I have given this location multiple chances. Not sure why this is. I wont return to this one if I can help it.
