I ordered online at 1015 with an expected ready time of 1030. I walk in the store at 1030, no other customers are in there and employees are all in the back. When someone finally comes out I tell them the name my order is under and they have to go grab my ticket off the printer. They hadn’t even started it yet! Took a total of 25 minutes to get my bowl when they weren’t busy at all. Super annoying.
