My order was done as soon as I walked in, I was handed my drink. Great experience.

I have tried calling you guys twice and no answer. I go here 3-4 times a week and my drink was SO runny today and I am 100% certain they did not put the protein I paid for in the drink. I am running to a meeting or I would have turned around and had them re-make my drinks but I would like to stop by tomorrow morning and have them remade please. I will keep calling the store.
