Very nice and engaging but the peanut butter chia pudding was so thick, not like it usually is. It was a bit too much. Not sure what happened

They are not very friendly at this location. I come here all the time because it is the closest and its always the same. They never smile. They gave me plain chia instead of what it comes with which is peanut butter and the last few times it has been runny. I just think they need to have an overall improvement. We all have bad days but at least try. UPDATE: The manager saw my review and reached out to me instantly. She profusely apologized, stating that they are training new employees and will ensure this never happens again. They also made it right. Very good experience and follow-up from this store. I will continue to visit. Thank you, Nekter.

I was given vanilla chia pudding instead of the peanut butter that comes with. The peanut butter chia has been a little runny lately. To be honest, this is my least favorite one to go to. I feel they are not that friendly. They dont really greet you or barely smile. It doesn't feel welcoming at all.

While the employees were great, apparently the printer wasn’t working. Our order wasn’t ready even 10 min past the pick up time, and the wrong bowl was made so the order was wrong. Sounds like a corp issue vs location…printer failure

I always love the experience at Nekter. I typically go to the Gilbert location, as that is closest to my home, but that one was closed. The Chandler location is just as great as the Gilbert one.

Great! I’ve had some issues here in the past where my celery juice had lemon or something else that upset my stomach. I have extreme acid reflux. This morning, it was perfect and celery juice only with no remnants of other fruits or veggies that I am sensitive to! Thank you!
