I placed an order through the app only to find out that the store was severely back-logged. Despite this, the sole young lady working to fulfill everyone's order worked very hard to complete everyone's order. She was polite, and apologized for the wait.
She deserves to be commended. She worked very hard to ensure orders were completed as quickly as she could.

Serenity made the best acai bowl i have ever had!!!
The girls working were extremely rude, owners were there too and didn’t even care. The bowl was AWFUL. tasted like water just look at this picture. Girl gave me 2 slices of strawberry had to ask for more. Was the worst experience, used to like this place, won’t be coming back, off to vitality bowls.
Usually my experience is great when I order through the app. This time I ordered through the app and though it was close to closing so I understand employees wanting to get out but my smoothie bowl was made in a rush barely any strawberries, the apples were not diced they were cut into wedges I have never seen that. The amount of smoothie in bowl was less than usual. It was evident my bowl was made in a rush and with less care.

Employees were very welcoming when I walked into the store, and they were fast and so friendly with my smoothie order as always. Their awesome customer service makes a huge difference in someone’s day :)

I placed an order for pick up on 1/1. I even called to change the time of it. Then drove for 45 mins to get to your store only to find you were closed and no one bothered to contact me to let me know. There was a sign on the door that had hours for 1/1 that were then marked out. The change in schedule wouldn’t had bothered me if someone had let me know before I drove an hour and a half round trip.
