The new app needs to revert back to old app which was much more "one click" user friendly. It took 5 mins to find and claim birthday reward on new Nekter app. A return of watermelon juice to menu would be a great addition.

The girls working today could really benefit from some additional training. The incompetence to do their job is shocking. I would focus on time management, as customers should not have to wait over 20 minutes for a smoothie, but more importantly listening. I ordered 2 bowls and got 2 smoothies.
Good products, good service (although staff usually seems very busy so interactions with them are very brief - no time for pleasantries), prices are high. If prices were lower or more discount promotions were offered, I’d come in more often.

Nekter is extremely inconsistent and has been on multiple occasions; watery chia seed pudding for half the order, while the other half is fine and as you can see from the pictures the drinks are beyond inconsistent! Both drinks are the same drink (Greenie) with the exception of the size! They’re also inconsistent with portions; same size item, different portions. Service is extremely slow and this wouldn’t be so bad if the quality of the food was up to par.
