I love that the app lets you add the parfait base up to three times — it fills the cup the way it should. When ordering in person, that option isn’t offered, so the cup ends up only about halfway full by the time the order is finished. It would be great if the in‑store process matched the app so portions stay consistent.
Other than that, the girls at the store are always so nice. They greet you when you walk in and say bye when you leave. No complaints at all — just a suggestion to improve consistency.
