Order was placed 3 days in advance and didn’t print out for the team to fulfill on the day of pick up, so it wasn’t ready upon arrival. But once they found the ticket in the system, they were quick to pull together my juice cleanse order.

I love the juice, and shots… and the protein bowls. I love it all. Me and a couple of my coworkers are always stopping in to grab something before work! Fast and efficient! Would love an organic option but that’s just me being picky! They’re fantastic!

I flew in from Tampa, FL and went straight to Nektar to pick up the juice I ordered 3 days ago. They did not have on hand the detox juices I needed for my order. They had not even prepared my juices. I had to ask the young lady what plan B was? I had to suggest a substitution drink. I don't understand why I wasn't contacted.

Did not have app order ready when I arrived 20 min after the estimated time of completion. Ordered a regular sized greenie juice with ice. They failed to give me a larger cup with ice so I only got a smaller amount. I only noticed once on my way home. I come in a lot, hopefully some of these issues were isolated events. Thanks.
