Interestingly a juice that I’ve ordered before, I reordered today. The juice has cucumbers. For some reason today, the cucumbers were added in as floating chucks, rather than being juiced. I never would’ve imagined 😳

The smoothie was great, but the service was awful. Upon walking in the cashier had a hat on and sunglasses- it’s cloudy outside and no reason to wear glasses. He couldn’t answer my questions and was just in general short/rude. The girl who made the smoothie was also rude and handed me the smoothie with juice all over the cup and said “there’s napkins there to clean it”. Will not be back

Says they open at 8am on Saturdays. Today 2/10 I walked up at 8:03 and door was locked two employees looked at me continued about their opening activities when they should have been open already. I will be driving to clean juice 8 minutes further for now on.

Upd: exceptional interaction with management/ownership team. intent of the review was to communicate an issue, not to “trash” the business. changing my review based on the customer focused approach. This is our neighborhood "go-to" for whole juice maybe 2x per week. The service is becoming more inconsistent and I'm not sure why. Some days employees greet you, other days they just stand there, staring and waiting for you to say something to them. Both scenarios are dependent on them coming out of the back room which sometimes requires a long "hellooooo." Not bashing this business at all, but hoping someone see's this and reminds the staff that the customer experience is equally (if not more) important as the product. We love Nekter and the product(s) they provide; however, we have minimal expectations that are being met far less frequently.

I’ve only been to this location once, but so far so good! Juice was made properly and staff was friendly.

Got a green juice, it was actually pretty tasty. Even my 4 year old liked it and took it from me!! Was made fast and the staff was nice. Nice little shop with healthy drink options and some snacks.
