I placed an online order with specific asks to remove some items due to Diabetic dietary constraints. It seems they were not taken into account, so I had to come back into the store to have a new bowl made according to my original request

First time ordering from this location instead of just driving the extra 15 minutes to the DNT/Parker location. Honestly was pretty disappointed with the flavor of my bowl. We ordered online & after a third of our order was missing & one of our items was incorrect, we ventured out to pick up. the new guy working didn’t even know that one of the add ons was an actual item. Probably won’t be ordering from this specific location in the future.

Love Necters bowls. Filling, tasty ,& fresh. Been to 4 different locations, slowest service yet. The AC at this location will not cool the space. Either undersized unit or need to tint on the windows to cut down on west facing windows. Temp was on 79 entire time we were there. Next time I will get them to go.. the bowls melted faster than we could finish them due to heat inside.

ReVesRon we are sorry to hear about your experience. This is something we are working. The Texas heat can be brutal in the summer.
Paid for peanut butter bowl, instead of calling me (phone number is on Uber account) that they're out, which I then could've ordered something else, they just gave me a bowl with no peanut butter at all. And a way larger drink than I ordered. It's not difficult to follow directions. Never had this problem with other Nektar locations.

Absolutely love all of their bowls and smoothies! Their quality sets the bar so high, the crew is amazing and their customer service is superb. I’d give 10/10 if I could, definitely will be a returning customer!
