My bowl was good but wasn’t filled to the top like it had been in the past

Everything was great! My bowl was delicious

The granola in my bowl was not good and completely different. I actually didn’t eat the bowl as it was sweet and the granola is usually not . Did you change it !?

I placed an order for pick up. It was not ready when I arrived. When the order was handed to me she didn’t make eye contact & basically made me feel like I was inconveniencing her even though I was the only person in the store. My goal was to walk in, grab my order and leave which was not accomplished this time. Love this company and the menu options but the customer service is a factor when I’m asked to pay 14$ for a smoothie bowl. I expect what is advertised as an experience so I suggest reminding the folks you hire that good service is important. A smile goes a long way.

Had to wait 15 minutes after order pick up time for a basic bowl.

The açaí bowls are smaller and less granola . Please do better .

I feel like when I pay extra for protein for my açaí bowl I do t think it get added in?? How can I be assured if it was added when I do online order and pick up?

I cannot have bananas I asked for no bananas and they put them in the smoothie bowl and on top. If you cannot do the things they asked for why is it even an option on the website.

The employees were very friendly and helpful! They made both bowls very quickly and with great perfection! I love coming here

Inconsistent. Not sure what product I’ve received is how it should be with juices. First time trying a bowl and it was great, hopefully that will be more consistent

Not as much fruit was in the bowl as usual . We are paying quite a bit for the bowl so you need enough granola and fruit to justify the spend with

I am always happy with the product, the smoothies and bowls are delicious and everything was fine this visit it just took a lot longer than normal even though I placed the order ahead of time and there was multiple employees there

We used online ordering through the APP. Our order was ready when we arrived . Staff warmly greeted us as we came into the store. My Immunity Bowl was perfect! My husband had the Dragon Fruit bowl with added yogurt which he orders every time we come. I love that their products have no added sugar and are freshly made each lite we visit. Owners are friendly and on site most times we visit!
