I absolutely love this nekter location. I come here almost every day, literally. I always order online and the team always has my order ready for me before I even walk in the door. everyone is so kind and courteous, especially John. When he sees my car pull up, he gets my smoothie ready for me with a smile. I always see John multitasking and doing a really fantastic job of leading the team. I am so thankful For the level of service and smoothies provided here. Thanks again 🙏 🥤

We’ve given this place two different times to see if the service gets better and it hasn’t. There is a man that works at this place and he’s so grumpy and rude. He really ruins the experience at this place.

Ordered online, added mixed berries, which they forgot to add. Had to go back after I noticed they forgot to add the berries which I paid extra for. Went back in to let them know, very "I could care less" attitude and proceeded to tell me the only thing they were adding was blueberries.
Just didn't seem very "sorry" we forgot. Food isn't cheap these days!

I thought ordering ahead would make the visit quicker but when I arrived there was nobody in line and 2 other people waiting for their orders. The man behind the counter was not the friendliest person and said it would be another 15 minutes before they got to my order and that they were slammed. I should have just ordered in store because maybe then I would have been a priority.
