Online order wasn’t ready at designated time. But staff was friendly and juice was delicious!

Hello. I come here multiple times per week and enjoy my regular orders. I am curious why your business does not have two separate juicers. One juicer for your combo juices and another one for single juice orders. About half the time my single juice order with celery takes and looks like it is actually pure celery and the other half the time the pure celery juice comes out looking like brown mucky water because the juice made before it had beets or berries or something else that makes my juice order look disgusting and also affects the taste and defeats the purpose of making my own juice.

Best fresh juice. Mixed properly, no powdery protein chunks you can sometimes get.

I ordered a custom juice on the app. the estimated wait time was 15 minutes which was fine. I waited in my car till the time was up, the order had not even been started yet and I waited an additional 10 minutes meaning a 25 minute wait for juice. On top of that I paid extra to add fresh pineapple which did not get added to the juice making it taste much less desireable.

Juice was bomb, the staff is chill

The juice machine was broken when I went to this location. They said they were waiting for a part. Can they go buy a juicer from bed bath and beyond? I like the products and will go again but was disappointed that a juice bar doesn’t have a juicer.

Best juices I have ever had and customer service is amazing the young man at the counter remembers my name every time I come in he is so nice.

Juice and smoothie bowls were delicious as always. They got my order wrong, and the guy there didn't seem like he wanted to help me when I said it didn't look right. I ordered $80 worth of items, so I'm glad I looked to make sure it was correct before I drove off.

This location just needs more staff. The people working here are very nice but they always seem very busy and stressed. My juice is almost always perfect though!

I love the company nectar but I would never choose to go this location. Just know that when going here if you the customer don't like your drink just know the manager owner is in high believe the "customers NOT always right" My mother with cancer for the 1st time this was her 1st place in trying to start her journey in getting healthy. Being that she has cancer she's tryin to do better things for herself and here was a part of that start to her journey. She came here to see if she would like the route of drinking cold press juice. So mind you my mother has never in her life had to turmeric. She order smoothie with to mango smoothie with tumeric in it a large assuming that the mango would be more prominent. So my mom tries it coming to realise that she is not fond of the flavour tumeric. So we took a back in in hopes that we could get a new flavour I politely asked Is something that you is there any way that we can get replacement drink with a different flavour. Mind you we were the only customers in the store so it's not like she had a pack line we were asking her to make such a request at a busy time. The woman store manager owner, looked at me baffled at the fact that I had after this question. She proceeds to give me the answer "for free?" I kindly answered "I don't know if that's something that you could do but it is just a question." Her response was " I can give you our smallest size for free." Wich is half the size and my mother had just spent. I say "all right I'll take that 1 if that's all that you can give me." She proceeds to ignore me and doesn't even ask what I would like as a flavour in a replacement. Which again is fine I will wait happily I have no problems with that but I waited and even after that she proceeded to ignore me. I am not anyone who's trying to come off as entitled nor pretentious but it just put a sour taste in me in my mother's mouth at the fact that here's a woman trying to better her life in her health with cancer and you don't even have the decency for even your customers at that to try and make it right as a business manager... That's pretty piss poor performance if you ask me. You have the means to help a woman out on her health journey. This was a big moment from my mother trying this in her process she's not an open women to this sort of stuff. The way this manager turned her off and shut her down. We were gonna come back all the time from here on out but after that, unfortunately not. Do better...

Clean and refreshing inside, incredibly yummy thoughtfully designed good food, really nice staff! So grateful for this place!!! Beats JambaJuice (which I love) by miles and miles!! Even the price is great!!

If only there could be ZERO stars... I don’t even know where to begin with this place. I’ve been 10+ times in the past month and the experience and quality got worse every time. I’m so addicted to fresh juice I kept going back... But seriously don’t waste your money like I have. The wait is over 20 minutes even when it’s only you in the store. The drinks are never consistent. For the price they’re asking you would think there’s more “Fresh” fruit and vegetables. Sad to say lots of it’s frozen. Even fruits in season. So disappointed I had the highest hopes for this place!

Nekter is a real deal juice bar. Dairy free. Sugar free. Juice or smoothie options. It may feel expensive but when you consider that you are getting tons of fresh food juiced into that drink....yes, please.

If you’re looking for CLEAN and HEALTHY come here. These ladies are constantly moving to make juices, smoothies, and power bowls fresh with every order. The online pre order app is key to avoiding a wait.
