Things went a bit haywire with this order. The wrong order was given to the delivery driver. The employee did call me to let me know, and I asked if a manager could contact me so I could figure out how to get the delivery charge refunded. We ended up having to go and retrieve the drinks, only to find that my juice was incorrect and had ginger added to it, which I can’t have. I’m still waiting for a manager to contact me, which is doubtful at this point. I’ve wasted a total of $15 today at this branch.
Normally, they get the drinks mostly correct and this kind of situation is rarer.

I would suggest having more people on a shift. The employee who helped me today did wonderful for being under the stress she was in. She was alone with 5+ orders to take. I would suggest having more people to help out during busy times. Overall, great experience. I just felt bad for the employee.

I walked in, didn’t see anyone for a while. I had to call for them to come out. When I got home, they didn’t add peanut butter or almond butter on top. So I got charged extra for nothing.

Came to pick up order and the people there did not know where my order was originally, so they started taking the items they had on display and did not have all the juices. They were eventually able to find the order I placed in the back so I did not have to come at a later time.
