The bathroom was really dirty when the store opened. It looked like no one cleaned it the night before. It’s a really nice bathroom but maybe just a little more attention to it would make the experience better.

I was there earlier, and walked in with my drinks all ready refrigerated already. That was very thoughtful from the customer service.

Placed an order online. Went in to pick it up and informed the employee of my name and what I was picking up. Got no smile, no hello and the two employees seemed more annoyed that I interrupted their conversation. I was given my order and I asked for a spoon. Employee then asked "anything else?" to which I responded no, so she quickly turned and walked away. Got no "thank you" or "have a nice day" or any basic sign of appreciation for my business. The dragon fruit bowl I ordered was okay, nothing to rave about but satisfied my craving.
So based on this poor experience, I doubt I'd be back or recommend the place to anyone. I'd rather support businesses that make me feel welcome and are happy to take my money with a smile.
