Online ordering and pick up was easy. I came after the expected time it would have been ready but the staff quickly had my order and I was in and out in a few minutes.

Awful service made my drink Disgusting and when asked to fix it they refused.They have to contact a manger because they can't fix the problem. Can't believe how horrible service was and rudeness. I strongly don't recommend this Nekter.

Hi Heidi,
The staff told me, and I confirmed on the receipt, your son ordered a “make your own smoothie” with only acai and nut milk. Acai has a somewhat bitter flavor on its own. The staff knows this that’s why they asked him multiple times if that’s all he wanted in his smoothie and he said yes. They said you called later that day and were unhappy and they offered to remake a smoothie for you the only term was it had to be the same size as the previous one. The staff said you were not happy with this and wanted a refund and they responded they needed manager approval and they gave you my personal cell phone number. I believe you called me and I tried returning your call yesterday and it went to voicemail. If you’re still interested in a refund we would be more than happy to give it to you and you can contact me again.

I ALWAYS order from Nekter. I have the app and it’s super easy to order ahead. Just pick it up by the pick up table, they’ll ask for your name and BOOM, your drink is there madame!
PS: the time seems a little off, so if it says to get there at :25, get there at :15 🤙🏽🤷🏽♀️✌🏽

Recently I had the chance to try the green smoothie (with ginger) from here. I was taken back by how good it was! Normally I drink a green drink daily, but I avoid ginger at all costs because it can be too earthy for my taste, however, this drink they made for me was very palatable. I will definitely try to pick up some drinks and açaí bowls soon! This location is under new management and they have amazing service. Consider this as an option to bringing boring or unhealthy doughnuts to your next work party.
I’m a fan of Nekter, they make great smoothies, juices, and bowls. They are better than Jamba Juice in most every way with two exceptions, and that’s in price and rewards program. Jamba has a way better program even though they’re less expensive. For instance I get a free small smoothie on my bday with jamba but only a free turmeric shot from Nekter.
Despite this difference, I’m still glad we have this Nekter store in diamond bar. The staff here is good but not always the most personable. Most recently I tried the almond butter açaí bowl and was really surprised by it in a good way. It’s good like any açaí bowl here but has that hint of almond butter which is a really nice pairing.
