I have been ordering the same AB health but the recent one is watery and not creamy as usual. The services are excellent but the smoothie not the one I expected to be usual smotth AB health nut. Just watery.

Love the atmosphere for the store and location. The staff and nice and attentive. Ordered a peanut butter açaí bowl and two smoothies are they were both delicious. Love the elderberry wellness shots too, they bring me back to life!

Try the PB&j smoothie! Same as the health nut but with strawberry puree and chia at the bottom. So good
I love Nekter, but the Whittier location is subpar compared to the other locations I visit. It was good at the beginning. But the three past times I went there has always been an issue. I placed a mobile order and got the wrong size and there was too much chai seeds where half of the smoothie was just chai seeds. The second time I went there were new store hours that I was unaware of. The location closed at 6 instead of 7 which was posted on the door. The door was unlocked and an associate ran over to tell me they were closed, but did suggest that the other Whittier location was open till 7. I appreciate her letting me know an alternative, but it concerns me that they left the door unlocked after I left. Just thinking about safety. Then the most recent time I came I placed an online order and I arrive somewhat early. I let the associate know I had just placed the order a few minutes ago. She let me know it would be ready shortly. I don’t know if it was because I ordered something hard to make but people who ordered in store after I sat down to wait got their orders before me. I hope this store can improve so I can come back. FYI I am not looking for anything free just improvement

I usually order the cold brew smoothie often and today it did not taste right. The color of it is usually brown and today it was like white.

I ordered a smoothie and protein bowl through the app 45 minutes before I wanted to pick it up and I still had to wait 15 minutes after the pick up time. It was on a Saturday, late morning, which might be a busy time for them. The bowl and smoothie were delicious

I ordered the AB nut smoothie and the freshness and flavor is not up to par or the standards that I’ve tasted from other local locations. I continue to give this place a chance but time and time again the quality lacks flavor and consistency.

Please check into your online app as I've been having problems redeeming coupons that present themselves near the end of my purchase. This has happened over the last three orders...I've use them before without any problems! Purchases have been from $20 to $80. Thanks!

I walked into the store and nobody greeted me. I walked up to the pickup section and that was when someone finally acknowledged me after saying I had a pickup order ready. The worker was nice and packed my items into a bag. I was about to walk out when I noticed she left out my smoothie, though, and she then became very attentive. Overall, service was decent but customer service could improve.
