The bowl was good, and it was ready when I got there to pick it up. Customer service could be improved - I like to be greeted with a smile and a “hello,” buy maybe that’s asking too much these days.

This is the nekter closest to my house. I’ve had not so great service a few years ago and have gone to further ones instead for a short time. I’ve gone back to this one to give it another shot. I’ve been coming to this one the past few months. Good service, nice staff, great shakes and bowls! Thanks for making it easy for me to go to nekter again!

Excellent customer service and the bowl and juice were perfectly prepared.

I was given a gift, but didn't know of any Nekter juice bars near me. It took me 3 years to use my gift card. I was very pleased with the parfait and bowl we ordered. Great flavors and mixed textures! This will definitely be my new treat!!

I always have a great experience when going to Nekter, and the quality is super fresh. This last time I visited was a great experience with speed and customer service but the Bowl I ordered seemed to be half the size than normal. Maybe it was during a busy time but hopefully next time it will be filled up like normal.

I pre-ordered my bowl, but when I arrived it was not ready. Someone had taken my order by mistake. The crew rushed to make it right, and even though I had to wait, they went out of the way to attend to my order and apologized profusely.

Usually have a good experience here but this time it was quite the opposite. Ordered a protein power like usual but this time I got a watered down açaí blend with granola and that’s it. Probably new employee or something but this thing was awful.

Ordered two of the same bowls & 1 had obviously much more than the other.

I submitted an order online and it was supposed to be ready in 15 minutes, but took 30 minutes. This is a regular occurrence at this location which is frustrating when I have limited time for lunch. Also, recently when I get split bowls they seem really small and not to add up to an entire regular sized bowl. In the past, I didn’t have this concern.

The forgot the almond butter in my almond butter bowl...

Good part was watching these teens make my Acaì bowl. They did a great job! It was made according to menu just wasn't anything special. Minimal, okay ingredients at high end price. My least favorite of all the Acaì bowls I have tried on my travels.

Great service , good prices and amazing fresh fruit and bowls are delicious !!
