Great acai bowls! Only one person was working when I was there in the afternoon of 1/1, maybe someone was on break. But the person working was pretty quick and handled the other customers who came in very well. I placed my order on the app ahead of time.

I just moved to Costa Mesa and since discovering Nékter, I walk there at least once a week. I love it! I’ve never had a negative experience and the service is quick and delicious. I’m sure my coworkers are sick of me talking about my smoothie bowls. 10/10 would recommend!

Doesn’t taste the same and made my bowl basically a smoothie. Might as well have gotten a smoothie💀
I just ordered a raspberry bowl with modifications and ordered no strawberries on top and it came with 1/2 strawberries on top. I don’t like strawberries on top so I had to remove them and was left with only half a topping of raspberry :(

I thought everything went well until I got back with our 5 bowls and realized that one of the bowls were made incorrectly. I tried calling 5 times, but no one answered. I double checked the order on my app and the instruction to sub out the acai for pitaya was clearly marked.

I love coming here for the delicious smoothies and friendly service. One criticism: the açaí smoothie needs more açaí flavor.

Ordered a bowl and a drink. Bowl came out promptly. But then as I waited for my drink, it never came. I stared to eat my bowl and before I knew it. I had finished my bowl and still no drink. I'm the only one sitting inside this place. Finally went up and asked and they forgot it. They had 2-3 mobile orders finished waiting to be picked up, but the guy who actually orders in person is skipped over. Prioritize the customers that order in person and are physically waiting at the store for the drink. I waited 15 minutes for a drink with 4 ingredients.
