I ordered two açaí bowls: a banana berry bowl and a superfood bowl. I received two banana berry bowls unfortunately. I was really looking forward to the superfood bowl, especially given its additional cost.

I ordered the Acai Mango bowl with no agave on top h Ƙùiiĵ extra coconut on top. I received agave on top and about 3 extra shavings of coconut when compared to the picture on your site. There were no spoons or napkins. I asked if this is considered extra coconut, and the frantic kid making orders said "yes". I said youvconsidered

Good service but acai bowl seemed a little too icy/flavorless.

It was fine. I believe my order was mistaken because I believe the açaí bowl I ordered was accidentally mixed with cashew milk instead of the OJ substitute as in my original order. It’s ok, it was a simple mistake.

The service and product at this location used to be top notch. I don't know what staffing change happened but things have definitely changed. No matter what size juice I order, the cup is never full. Not like a little less than full, I'm talking about at 3/4 of an inch to an inch below the top of the cup and that's including the "foam" at the top which isn't juice. I asked an employee recently about the juices not being full and he told me: "That's impossible, we fill every cup and if you order ice we put it in a bigger cup so you are still getting the full amount of juice. We also give you and extra in a 2nd cup." I'm not sure what he's talking about but my juices are never full anymore and there definitely isn't any "extra" I'm given on the side. While the juices themselves are delicious and made well, they are not cheap and I should absolutely be getting a full amount of what I am paying for. When I order a small Green Apple Detox with no ice, I would assume the cup would be full. Lately, that hasn't been the case and is really going to affect my decision to go to Nektar for my morning juice and bowl.

Great! I ordered through the app and my bowl was ready on time. Employee was super friendly! Food was great as always.

Literally, worst açaí bowl I’ve ever had. Slow lazy employees. My açaí was just chunks of purple ice, no agave, and incredibly stale granola.. Terrible experience. Don’t waste your time.

My order was not ready by the promised time, but I was happy with the taste and quality. This location and the Lake Forest franchise is usually more consistent with better quality tasting drinks and bowls than other nearby stores.

Very good I did do a mobile order last week and noticed my bowl was missing a few items I added on which I paid for. Unfortunately I noticed after i got home.

Order was made incorrectly, only one bowl was made and the cashier argued with me when I told them I had ordered two. I showed them my receipt and they wanted to double check with theirs. Which said I had ordered two. So I had to wait for them to make me another which was made without coconut yogurt that I paid for (both bowls) and they didn’t care or offer to fix it.

Great. Both members of staff were very nice and the bowl looked like a photo
