The location took a long time to greet me waited about 5 mins to pick up my online order with no one else waiting in the store. The açaí bowl was melting when I picked it up.

Your product is great! But the last few times I placed mobile orders pickup times doesn't reflect how busy it gets I guess.
I had to an additional 20 minutes after the promised time. I understand because it was only 2 team members handling the shop. I've been there where being short staffed won't reflect how it really is.
All in all, your bowls are amazing!!!

When I receive the bowls the way it is made is not consistent, sometimes it is made to the recipe and other times its incorrect. The workers should pay close attention to the bowl or drink being made to ensure its quality.

I arrived 3 minutes after my time to pick up my order. They said it had just come in and started making it. I had to remind them I asked for extra berries. The staff were very nice and friendly snd my bowl tasted good.
