I ordered two of the same bowl (in the app), both with granola only on the side and one without agave. I had to wait to be helped when I went to the pickup area. I saw the bowls and asked, oh they have granola. She said “I can take it off for you. Hold on..” and before I could say anything, she went back to the register and was helping the next person. So I just took the bowls and left. The granola gets soggy and there are bits I can’t digest but I can avoid those issues when I have it on the side and can control it.

Order was ready when I got there. No issues. The "split" payment feature in the app could use some improvement. I had a couple of bucks left on a gift card but the total was over $12 so I chose "split" the payment. But what it did was split it 50/50 between GC and credit card. But since I didn't have enough on gift card for even half, I had to manually enter the amount that was left on gift card. But...the credit card total was still half of the bill so I then had to do math in my head to take the total, subtract what was on gift card, then manually type that into the credit card entry. Would have been better if it was automatic. But at least there's an option now. I remember the days when the app wouldn't let you use the gift card ever if the amount was not enough. At least now we can split...just not easily.

Not happy. Placed an order ahead of time to be ready by 730am. I arrived at 737am my order was not ready and the employee appeared to be alone working and behind. My order was not dine until 750am. And was not made correctly as i asked for no banana but she put them on anyway. I was late for work. Not sure why she was working by herself but she was clearly overwhelmed with orders. I felt bad for her but that doesn't change the fact that I received bad service.
