We were greeted immediately after walking in by someone ready to take our order. We had ordered ahead though and our smoothies were ready ahead of what the app had scheduled.

No issues encountered. Drink was ready when i got there. She might have even recognized me because she was already getting my drink when I walked up to the pick up window (or I was the only drink in the fridge).
