Only bad thing about this store is that your staff has no authority to fix wrong orders and management never returns calls to remedy the rip off on orders. Even won’t come out from back when I requested to speak to them while there. I guess they don’t need our business. I try not to come here.

I added an immunity boost to my order and I was surprised the staff weren’t aware what the ingredients the immunity boost consisted of.

(Applies to - 8162 E. Santa Ana Canyon Rd. only, had bad experience at other locations) Ladies here were quick, my 4 bowls were packed nicely and filled with perfect amount of açaí. (Some locations will drown the bowl with granolas if there’s more than one açaí bowl order) When I arrived for my online order, they immediately attend to me and took time out to packed everything nicely in a bag (I didn’t have to ask for it)
