I came once 11/8/23 around 12:30 or 1:00 and there was only one girl working and a bunch of people waiting. Several people left without ordering. I’ve never had that problem before.

The Greenie is so tasty. I ordered via the app and when I arrived, my drink was ready. All was perfect!

It was a seamless experience and my order was prepared quickly and as expected. I appreciated the genuine service.

I love Nekter and will continue to visit other locations but Anaheim Hills I likely will not return. Despite being my closest location, they have twice “not recieved” or started my Nekter app order (until I show them that I am indeed at the correct location) and this last time the associate was so irritated to make my order (after I showed her my app) that she silently threw the two bowls in the paper bag tossed two spoons in the bag with an attitude and gently nudged the bag in my direction without so much as a word or eye contact.

Always a good experience. Quality is very good and the service is exceptional!!

The product we received was very little but topped with more toppings very unsatisfying compared to times we do get Our Nekter here or Yorba Linda. We definitely was unsatisfied and do have pictures to see if that’s the new standard so we know in the future..thanks of your business Customer service was great but had to give lower stars for the quality received.
