I had a mobile order and my drink was ready when I arrived, but the employee at the counter continued to talk to the other employee for 5 min before giving me my drink.

Less than 30 seconds after I place my order I hit cancel because I had hit the incorrect store location. It routed me to call the store. I’ve been calling for 15 minutes tryi the phone. Very poor customer service.

Ordered online for “asap” eta was 20 minutes. I showed up 25 minutes after to pickup my order and it hadn’t even been started. The worker just rolled her eyes when she realized the order hadn’t been done when I came to pick it up. I waited an additional 5 minutes for my order.
